We will gladly refund or exchange any website purchases returned within 14 days of receipt, subject to them reaching us in their original, unopened, sealed and unused condition.

Please be aware that due to the natural ingredients, our candles can crystallise slightly and may vary in colour. This is not a defect and does not affect the burn.

If you have a change of heart and wish to return all or part of your order, please complete the following Returns Note and include it with your parcel. Please ensure that items are securely packaged (in original packaging if possible) and returned via a tracked delivery method. We regret that we cannot refund delivery costs.

It goes without saying that you should have your candles and diffusers out of reach of small hands and animals from a safety perspective. With regards to the ingredients, oils and fragrance, these are safe for everybody and pets to be around.

Yes! Always keep your wick at about 0.5-1cm, this will ensure your candle burns longer and the flame doesn't get to high. It also means you won't be picking bits of black wick out of your beautiful candle wax! see our candle care set with everything you need to care for your candles.

Choose the appropriate location for your diffuser, avoid placing it in direct sunlight, heat sources or drafty areas. Heat and airflow can accelerate the evaporation of the fragrance oil, reducing the lifespan.
Regularly rotate and flip the reeds, this promotes an even absorption and diffusion of the fragrance.

Reed diffusers typically start working and releasing fragrance shortly after set up. However, you should notice a gradual release of fragrance within the first 24 hours. If you don’t notice a difference within 24 hours you can try adjusting the number of reeds or their position in the diffuser. Also, make sure the reed diffuser is placed in a well ventilated area away from drafts or strong air flow for optimal scent distribution.

Our 220g candles have a burning time of approx 38 hours if you follow our suggestions on first burns on each candle page
