Refund policy

We will gladly refund or exchange any website purchases returned within 14 days of receipt, subject to them reaching us in their original, unopened and unused condition.

If you have a change of heart and wish to return all or part of your order, please complete the following Returns Note and include it with your parcel with your receipt and packing note. Please ensure that items are securely packaged (in original packaging if possible) and returned via a tracked delivery method. We regret that we cannot refund delivery costs

Please take extra care to read the product care information which comes with each candle or diffuser, or refer to our candle or diffuser care section on the website, as we cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if they have been damaged.

Please ensure diffusers screw caps have the wad seal  securely in place to avoid leakage.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
