Shipping policy
We will arrange for delivery of the products you order by the method shown and to the address which you specify. All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change and we can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery.
We aim to dispatch all orders received before 12pm (Monday to Friday) on the same day, our delivery time is within 2-3 working days to the UK mainland. Orders made after 12pm will be processed the following working day. Once we have received your order and processed it no further items can be added to this order. If you wish to order further items please place a new order and this will be handled as a new order. Orders are not processed over the weekend or on bank holidays. We do not accept any liability for a delay in delivery caused by third parties, weather conditions or any other reason outside of our reasonable control.
Our “Standard” delivery service is available for all UK customers only.
It is your responsibility to provide us with full and correct delivery address details. We cannot be held liable for non-delivered orders if incorrect address details were provided upon order.
All packages returned to us as undelivered will be refunded, excluding the delivery cost. If after 10 business days you have not received your order, you must contact us at hello@no38candlecompany.co.uk We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this.
